BIA Cordon Bleu Dinnerware

BIA Cordon Bleu dinnerware is made by B.I.A. Cordon Bleu, a dinnerware manufacturer located in California. This company has specialized in producing quality porcelain and stoneware dinnerware, bakeware and serving accessories since 1952.

The line of dinnerware from BIA Cordon Bleu features affordable pieces that are ideal for homes or to be used as catering or restaurant dinnerware. That alone tells me that the dinnerware is resilient. Among the dishes manufactured by this company is French Brands of French dinnerware.

The dinnerware selections are enormous with many shapes, colors and styles. What I like about this dinnerware manufacturer is that you can order their dishes piece by piece to create your own dinnerware sets with matching accessories and bakeware.  That is an advantage because you can pick exactly what you will use, rather than having pieces that just take up shelf space.

BIA Cordon Bleu Dinnerware Selection

Take a look at the variety of BIA Cordon Bleu dinnerware style= and accessories. From this company you will find the following categories of offerings:
  • BIA Cordon Bleu plates
  • BIA Cordon Bleu bowls
  • BIA Cordon Bleu mugs
  • BIA Cordon Bleu glassware
  • BIA Cordon Bleu bakeware
  • BIA Cordon Bleu serveware
  • BIA Cordon Bleu accessories

This dinnerware and the selection of accessories are quite amazing to me. I wish more dinnerware companies would sell open stock so that you can select the pieces of dinnerware and bakeware that you will most use while coordinating accessories with them. I love the concept.

I haven't seen the dinnerware produced by BIA Cordon Bleu, but I have a feeling that it is very durable and can stand the test for years on end. Generally, restaurant dinnerware is hard to break.  In order to be in business for over 60 years and producing restaurant dinnerware, the dishes have to be long-lasting.

I'm particularly fond of the line of bakeware. The selection includes just about everything I can think of that would be needed to create gourmet dishes. The bakers come in several shapes and sizes, from oblong to heart shaped. The ramekins are nice for making individual desserts or casseroles and the quiche bakers are very useful. Their wavy patterns take things up a notch making the bakers ideal for serving from. I really like that because it means fewer dishes to wash. That is always a plus in my book!
