Seashell Dinnerware

Seashell dinnerware is a perfect complement to tropical or nautical décor. I have found several patterns in different colors that will fit into the theme. If you can't find just what you are looking for in regard seashells, you might consider looking for tropical dinnerware, nautical dinnerware or beach dinnerware. They all fit into the nautical or tropical theme.

I'm particularly fond of the Florida Marketplace Seashore Dinnerware Set. It fits into my general color theme because I like browns and I'm not too into colorful dinnerware.

I also look for accessories when I'm shopping for dinnerware, and this Beach Sea Shells Salt & Pepper Shaker Set coordinates perfectly with this style of dinnerware.

When searching for seashell dinnerware, I found some awesome shell glasses by Artland Inc. These come in several styles such as margarita glasses, hi-ball glasses and goblets. This photo is of the all-purpose glasses which I think would be lovely to serve iced tea or juice.

If you like a bit more color, pretty much in the same color theme, you might find the Florida Marketplace Sandy Shores Dinnerware pattern to be attractive.

Blue is a common color used in this type of décor, so the Thomson Pottery Cape Cod Set might be good for you. Personally, I like it because it is kind of rustic which fits my style of decorating. The seashells aren't so apparent because they are embossed without a stand-out color.

Thomas Pottery also makes the Embossed Shell pattern in solid white to coordinate with just about any color theme.

The Pfaltzgraff Shell Dinnerware Pattern is cute with the seashells and starfish. It makes for a nice casual dinnerware set.

If your vision is formal than casual, you might try looking for the Homer Laughlin Seashell Pattern. It features a seashell pattern in shades of blue and peach on fine china dinnerware.

This set of Seashell Flatware is nice and will make the table setting complete.

Throughout my adult life, I have used seashells for decoration in just about every room, but I have never owned a seashell dinnerware set. I might at some time move my seashell collection to the kitchen and look into getting a set. I think it makes beautiful décor for a kitchen or dining room. I can't decide between seashell, nautical and palm tree dinnerware. I like them all!
