Question About Vintage Dinnerware Picturing Furniture

by Nancy Ooley
(St. Paul, MN)

I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify the manufacturer of this dinnerware and the approximate date of manufacture.

I have several pieces. Some show a few items of furniture; others have only the rocking chair. The dinnerware is white and the furniture is in gold and black.

Some are marked on the bottom: Hand Decorated, Made in America (and there's sort of an eagle symbol/mark), Ovenproof, Detergent Safe, Underglazed.

Pictures are included of the gravy server and one bowl.

Any information anyone can provide would be most appreciated.

I've Googled with every possible description I can think of, but I haven't been able to find out any information.

Thank you.

Thank you so much. I have a whole set including teapot that I found years ago. Haven't done anything with them and have been searching for a name for all this time. Thank you for the information! Marcrest Stetson and the pattern is Gay Nineties, who knew?

Hey guys, do you recognize this awesome dinnerware pattern?
by: Misty

Hi Nancy,

What an original set. I haven't seen it before. You might try sending a description and pictures to replacements.com. Maybe some of our visitors will recognize it.

Thanks for posting it to the Dinnerware Shopping Guide. I hope someone will help you discover who the manufacturer is.

The best of luck!

Misty
